Delete your Carbon Ink account

Enter the email address used for your Carbon Ink account. You do not need the Android app installed or access to your workspace to submit this request.

1. Carbon Ink Support will contact the account email to verify that the request came from the account owner.
2. We will remove the account's active workspace access and process deletion after verification.
3. We will confirm when deletion is complete, normally within 30 days of verification.

What we delete

We delete or de-identify the account's authentication profile, contact and profile information, account-specific settings, and other personal data associated with the Carbon Ink account.

Limited data we may retain

Encrypted backup copies may remain for up to 90 days before being overwritten. We may retain limited billing, transaction, audit, security, or fraud-prevention records for up to seven years where required by law, contract, or legitimate business obligations. Any retained data is restricted to those purposes and is not used to keep the account active.

Company and connected-system data

Carbon Ink is a business service. Orders, invoices, customer records, audit history, and other workspace data may belong to the company that provided your account and may need to remain in its business records. We will remove or de-identify your personal association where appropriate, while preserving records the company is required to maintain. Deleting a Carbon Ink account does not delete records from connected systems such as NetSuite.

This form is for deleting an entire Carbon Ink account. For access, correction, or other privacy-rights requests, email privacy@carbonink.app. Requests involving data controlled by your employer or another Carbon Ink customer may need to be directed to that organization.
